Abstract

The economy of Maluku in the first quarter of 2017 measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices reaches Rp 9.5 trillion. The economy of Maluku in the first quarter of 2017 grew by -2.39 percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2016. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the category of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of 1.55 percent. In terms of the highest growth expenditure was achieved by the Inventory Change Component at 2.04 percent. The economy of the Maluku quarter I-2017 compared to the first quarter-2016 (y-on-y) grew by 6.19 percent faster than the same period in the previous year at 5.57 percent.
