Abstract

Public service providers are expected to be able to provide services in accordance with needs and changes in various areas of life in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. In this regard, it is necessary to continuously monitor public services so that the services received by the public are in accordance with service standards and the expectations and needs of the community.BPS is a public service provider agency that provides services through the provision of statistical data and information. The duties and responsibilities in the field of statistics are in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics and Government Regulation Number 51 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Statistics.
